Project Overview
Kyagalanyi Coffee Limited a leading green coffee exporter in Uganda invested in constructing a flagship coffee processing facility located in the Kampala Industrial Business Park at Namanve, Kampala.
The task was put forward to Terrain Services Ltd. This was a design and build contract that included the following works:
- Factory Buildings, Warehouses, process building, Offices
- 35,000 cm of fill with geogrid mesh for soil reinforcement
- Provision of all services
- Coordinated sub-contractors for M&E Works – Keltron Development Services Ltd
- All external works including Fuel Station, Weighbridge & Canteen
